We inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”) and EU Regulation 679/2016 provide for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. According to the aforementioned legislation, such processing shall be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, and transparency, as well as the protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we therefore provide you with the following information. This section describes how the portal is managed with regard to the processing of users’ personal data. This information is intended for users who interact with the web services of the portal contained in the tonetti.com domain (described in detail above). The information is provided solely and exclusively for the portal in question, but not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links on the portal. Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing in any case, for legitimate reasons.
